Stitched Birdhouse Scenes on Embroidery Hoops

Hey friends, today I’m sharing 2 more embroidery hoop designs I finished up yesterday! I really like birdhouses and my inspo came from seeing a cute felt birdhouse design online and I thought about using the birdhouse dies I have.

I reached for Honey Bee Stamps A2 birdhouse builder set for this project. I’ve definitely used this set so many times, check out some links below:

I followed the same instructions to prepare the embroidery hoops as in this post if you’re interested in making something similar. I die cut my birdhouses, the roof, door and handles along with some cute birds on yellow, gold and blue felt.

I wanted some greenery, so I die cut a tree on dark green felt using Honey Bee Stamps’ “Lovely Layers” Greenery die set. I stitched that on first and then stitched the birdhouses. Afterwards, I glued the roof, door and handles.

After everything was done, I hot glued my extra felt to the back of the hoop and added pom pom trimming. Lastly, added the bows from my stash and these cute creations were done!

Almost forgot to mention, I stuffed the hoops with more felt!
