Quick Thank you Cards with Washi Tape & a Cover Die

Thank you cards are ones I need a lot of and sometimes in a hurry. I got some inspiration from Pinkfresh Studio’s card using their “Dahlia” washi tape and decided to shop my stash for a similar look. I love this card from their blog, check it out here!

My cards today uses various products from Waffle Flower Crafts, Simon Says Stamp as well as Pinkfresh Studio. I really love how simple, quick and pretty these cards turned out!

First thing I did was make my card panels using Waffle Flower’s “Fresh Rainbow” Panel die on white cardstock. I die cut 2 of them for dimension and adhered them to my card bases.

Then I die cut a few circles using Pinkfresh Studio’s Diagonal circle die also on white cardstock. I wanted to use a circle to frame my washi tape florals and for my sentiment to rest on instead of the square piece that comes with Waffle Flower’s panel die.

I enjoy mixing and matching products from different companies, it’s a wonderful way to stretch my supplies!

Once I glued my circles to the panel die, it was time to die cut some florals! Pinkfresh has so many beautiful washi tape flower sets and I love them all! I went with my favorite, “In the Meadow” for my cards today. I die cut a bunch of them and any extras left over goes into a box for future cards. I arranged my flowers around the circle and glued them down.

Check out my other post here how I used the washi tape/die set for Valentine’s Day cards!

For my sentiment, I decided to go big and bold. For this, I used Simon Says Stamp’s “All About You” stamp set. After stamping it, I fussy cut my sentiments and added them on top of my florals.
