Hello my friends! Today I’m sharing 2 cards made with an oldie but goody die set from Hero Arts. I love window frame die sets and in fact I just purchased a new one that should be arriving soon. This die is called “Window on the Garden”. I’ve had it awhile and love using it.
I went really simple using some pattern papers from Paper Rose for my panels, which I die cut with the window die. I used acetate on the back and I placed a couple of birds from Spellbinders that I had in my stash. They were already to go, I doubled up the foam tape because I wanted a lot of dimension.
I removed the cover from the tape exposing the sticky parts and filled my cards with shaker bits from Sizzix and Nuvo and then laid my cardbases on top. For the front, I added a few more birds. I left off sentiments so I can add to them later.
Also, I topped each card with a few flowers die cut from pattern papers from my stash. These cards were quick and easy to make and I just love the window design.
